Well, yeah, didn’t he throw them out the window?

Team Breezy’s senior mascot (and Chris Brown’s defense attorney) Mark Geragos held a press conference yesterday wherein he stated that neither firearms nor illegal opiates were found in Fist’s house. To recap, Instagram’s favorite tattooed gargoyle was arrested Tuesday and charged with assault with a deadly weapon for allegedly threatening former Miss California Regional Baylee Curran with a gun in his home. Reports stated that Chris had initially refused to come out of his house when police showed up, choosing instead to document his plight in a series of hazy, crazy Instagram vids and allegedly throw a duffle bag containing guns and drugs out a window. The lawyer says none of this happened, according to ET.

Geragos defended his client and set straight what he called false information in the media, disputing that there was a “standoff” between LAPD and Brown on Tuesday. Geragos says he specifically advised Brown to not come outside his home or to consent to anything, and to wait for him to get there, upon finding out that the police initially didn’t have a search or arrest warrant. Geragos said the singer was completely cooperative at all times with police officers, and also says his 2-year-old daughter, Royalty, was not present at the time.

“From the best of my knowledge, for the entire time I was there, there was no gun — or guns — found in that house whatsoever,” Geragos said. “There were no drugs, that I’m aware, that were found in that house whatsoever.”

Geragos also threw a press conference side-eye at Baylee Curran’s accusation that the singer menaced her with a gun after she expressed opinions about some dude’s jewelry.

Geragos also said that “nothing was found that corroborated” Curran’s statement. ET sat down with Curran on Wednesday, when she said that Brown, 27, pulled a gun on her after she started admiring the jewelry of a male friend in the house.

“[Police] were specifically looking for a specific type of jewelry — that was not found,” Geragos said, also claiming that none of the six witnesses supported Curran’s story.

He also declared the situation to be a non-incident that began when Curran was asked to leave “because she was acting in an erratic manner.” The former Miss California Regional 2016’s (photographic evidence of being ass out is frowned upon in beauty pageant circles) credibility could also be undermined by some texts.

The lawyer also said his team was currently investigating texts Curran allegedly sent to a friend early Tuesday morning, “Chris Brown is kicking me out of his house because I called his friend’s jewelry fake, can you come get me?” Curran allegedly went on to text that if she couldn’t get picked up, “I’m going to set him up and call the cops and say he tried to shoot me and that will teach him a lesson.” Curran reportedly denies sending the texts, but Brown’s team is working to authenticate them.

If that second text is for real, she gets slow claps for intricate planning on the fly. But really, if Fist did toss a bag full of bad stuff out his window and Team Breezy’s oldest waterboy is a cagey fox playing with semantics, than he’s supplanted the late Johnnie Cochrane as the celebrity defense attorney with the biggest balls.
